Clark and Partners are proud to sponsor the local based charity Stars in Our Eyes. And following another very successful charity even the local newspaper printed the following.
The Stars in Our Eyes charity music road show rolled into town with another colourful fund-raising event at the weekend.
Acts include Cher, Lady GaGa, Neil Diamond and Freddie Mercury were all represented at the three-hour tribute show at Pastures Lodge, Mexborough, on Saturday night.
And the even raised more than £1,000.00 for wheelchair bound Chris Hanson, of Spotborough.
Colin Rufus, from the Conisbrough based charity which puts on weekly shows to help raise cash for worthy causes throughout the region, said “It was an absolutely fantastic night – another sell out of Stars In Our Eyes which raised a huge chunk towards Chris’s new wheelchair.”
Stars in Our eyes have raised more than £5000,000 for charity since they were formed nine years ago.
They now have a packed schedule of bookings and are sponsored by Sheffield-based mobility specialists, Clark and Partners, which is helping them to continue their charitable work.
Colin said: “Clark and Partners have been a huge help to us and have ensured that we can go on fundraising.”
He Added: “We’re always well received by audiences but when we’ve had a successful show like the one at Pastures Lodge on Saturday night, it makes all our efforts worthwhile.”
We offer our support to Stars in Our Eyes and our congratulations for their 9 year anniversary next week.
