Service and Repair

Although perhaps best known for our expertise in prescribing and repairing wheelchairs, Clark and Partners is a company built around the supply, service and repair of many products for the disabled, elderly and less able community. Throughout the region no other company has our pedigree and knowledge for serving these clients for so long with such a high level of satisfaction.

Since our creation we have held contracts for the fitment, service and repair of products, these were initially DSS contracts, then Ministry of Health and now NHS and city council contracts, indeed for the past 50 years we have continually had a working relationship and contracts with governmental and public service organisations.

At our Orgreave site we have excellent and extensive repair facilities, a visual inspection or visit is beneficial to truly appreciate this.

We are daily in contact with a wide variety of challenges that working within the disability industry presents. Due to the nature of the way our client’s needs and requirements vary we are often able to provide a cost effective solution to a problem that would not be possible using items off the shelf. Our modifications department has the task of providing these solutions.

Call Centre

Our call centre currently handles our current NHS contracts and our private customer’s repairs and servicing. It is open Monday to Saturday during this time with an out of hours cover 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
