We wish to express to your staff our appreciation for their excellent and total service and commitment in selecting and supplying to us recently, and principally within five hours of our 'phoned enquiry,  two wheeled walkers and accessories which are a credit to your reputation for quality and efficiency. They have hugely contributed to Ted's quality of life, as did for both of us our purchases from you over the years of items such as stairlift and wheelchairs. etc.

Additionally and regrettably belatedly, please formally thank your Service Manager Mr Phll Crawshaw for all the exhausting assistance and exhaustive research with manufacturers he provided and carried out in achieving the proper functioning of the recalcitrant stairlift !

The three staff mentioned in the first paragraph are Beverley Noble who visited us twice for expert demonstration and 'tailoring',  Christine Jowell who interpreted and actioned our 'phone enquiries, and Linda Timms who organised accessories and replacement for a minor fault.

As a 'team' and individually they were magnificent for us and for you which applies equally to your Phil and your service department also.
