We get many calls requesting a demonstration of a lift that gets you in and out of the bath, in July 2008 we received just that from Mr & Mrs W in Derby.  Our advisor Derek went to visit the client to discuss their requirements and show them the product they had asked for.  However, he soon discovered the product was not suitable to meet their needs due to the customers capabilities.  Through several discussions about ceiling track hoists and bath lifts, it was obvious Mr Wigglesworth wanted to be able to have a bath on his own without relying on his wife for help.  

In order to achieve this Derek eventually recommended a standard sized bath with a hydraulic seat to give the customer the freedom he desired.  Furthermore, we had to modify the seat to provide him with extra comfort, something we were able to do in house due to our technical expertise.  The client commented “Derek was superb and very helpful, it was a tricky requirement but he sorted it out for us”

The bath was successfully installed by our own engineers, Mr W said the staff were “delightful, left no mess behind and were very efficient”.  As with many companies the service doesn’t end there with Clark and Partners, Derek revisited to go through the product manual again to ensure the customers were proficient using the bath, he also telephoned them afterwards to make sure they were happy with it.

We recently spoke to Mr & Mrs W who told us “I would have no hesitation recommending your company, everyone was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble”, Mr W said “the seat was made to suit me personally and now I can get in and out of the bath on my own which is just what the doctor ordered!”
